WDT: Executive hubris: Cuomo’s fiats demonstrate he is ignoring legislative process

Executive hubris has been an increasing part of government for decades, and the Governor is certainly extending the trend with his "wage board" pronouncements on minimum wage.
However, in criticizing Mr. Cuomo, we should remember virtually all governments have been placed in the hands of unelected executives with sweeping powers.
From School Superintendents, to City , County, Town and Village Managers, to agencies and authorities accountable to no one, this has been the trend all along with the concurrent diminution of the role and stature of elected representatives.
It is disturbing what the Governor has done on wages, but hardly unexpected or out of character in today's world.
On a lighter note. Is criticizing "Cuomo's fiats" an ethnic slur ?

This should come as no surprise to the party liners who love him so. Just as the Liar in Chief has done, so far, Benito has assumed dictatorial powers over a citizenry that just doesn't care. With our little thug, it started with the SAFE Act, passed late one night with his NYC bendover gang. With Barry, opening the borders and declining to enforce laws was his first break from law. Now, it's all a matter of routine. Media goes along with it, as do all that worship at the alter of partisanship. It's like 1930's Germany all over again. But we like it. Executive orders are here to say. We should same some money and eliminate legislatures. Judges are pretty much hand picked by the Benitos, so that should about do it.

Of course it is an ethnic slur. "Sickle cell disease (SCD) is the most common genetic abnormality that afflicts people of African ancestry and it is the most frequent hemoglobinopathy in Italy".

Sickle cell anemia in Sicily is 2% among the general population but up to 13% in certain villages. That is much higher than in the united states black population.

In other words, Italians are more black than African Americans and the WDT's is more racist than a Kwanza hater:

Minnie Me to the Imposter In Chief in the Whitehouse. According to
David Spade Obama is more interested in being a celeb. like those in Hollywood instead of fulfilling the duties he was elected to do.

Sad sad days in America wherever one resides, the misery index is at its all time high.

Guess David Spade and 10:15 forgot the likes of JFK, Bill Clinton, the Reagans, to name a few, who were also enamored with celebrities.

When you are stuck with a Republican controlled Senate and House that are inclined to refuse anything you want he does what he has to do.. The same with Cuomo If the dysfuntional Senate that was controlled by the Republicans wants to sit on their hands then he does what he has to also. The Republicans had a chance this year to win it all but thats gone now as Donald Trump will win the primary and the conservatives will control all..

No, not even close.

Trust me I know. Being Irish, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been referred to as an uneducated low life potato sucking drunk.

WHAT! Politicians not playing by the rules? I'm SHOCKED!
How can "We the People" allow this to happen? Of course
folks can always educate themselves by starting here:

1:57, regarding your whining because the democratically elected republicans in one branch of government, did not completely folding and defer to democrat dimness. Your observation skills are as lacking as your intelligence.

The republican Senate has fully cooperated with Cuomo on virtually everything Cuomo has asked for including a gun rights grab and gay marriage. Budgets were passed on time every year too. It was Cuomo who orchestrated some of his fellow smiling corrupt party members to form their own caucus and keep the democrat majority Senate from further destroying our state. But thanks for playing the part of the village idiot.

7:08 is on it. 1:57's rant forgets that congress pretty much caved on all the Liar in Chief wanted. We now hate cops, love debt, trust the government to handle health care, hate the weather, gave up our gains in the Middle East, ignore illegal abuses with the IRS, and celebrate our newfound respect with the Russians. It's now cool to carve up baby parts and sell them, as our local golf pro says "they broke no laws." Hillary worked her magic with the Arab Spring, and Ukraine has been taught a lesson that we are weak and untrustworthy. That's becoming a Democrat tradition. Media oozes love of the party, which is always helpful with the party liners. And 1:57 says it's hunky dory for our King to routinely use executive orders to get what he wants, but lacks support for. If you are completely controlled by partisan thinking, it all makes perfect sense. If you're honest, not so much.

2.23, you forgot to mention that we are finally letting all those "non violent" drug offender victims out of prison. You know, like the two that didn't have the knife in their hand, during the nonviolent robbery and murder they were at last week.

6:19, just goes to show you we need to pass some common sense gun laws. As the golfer says, them bad guns. But wait, it wasn't a gun? It gets confusing when your having a gushy moment.
