Treasury Department delays decision on which woman to put on $10 bill - CBS News

The decision on what woman is on the $10 bill is delayed, because DC says there are so many suggestions. Translated. We created this competition and don't want to alienate any constituent groups in the Democratic Party.
Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, Eleanor Roosevelt, lots of others. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew also says he wants to find a way to continue a tribute to Alexander Hamilton who is now on the bill.
The problem with all this is while all the people nominated are good and decent folk who contributed to the American experience, they did not hold high office nor were they instrumental in the founding like Hamilton and Ben Franklin.
How about we concentrate on getting rid of the $1 and introduce a viable dollar coin.

The current dollar coin is viable if we drop the dollar bill.

This pandering to special interest groups is what will bring the country down and why Trump has the support he does.

Wait on that, Obama. In a year or so you can put Hillary on it, or even Moooochelle.

It's amazing that they are even considering removing the father of banking from the bill. And it's sexist when so many men should be in line in front of any of the proposed women.

Agree on both counts.

12:00 Iagree with you, it has to be Moochelle, just to remind us how she has fleeced the American public. We can rub our greasy hands over her face when our children stand in the lunch line, being forced to eat crap she has dictated. Meanwhile her two offspring live the lap of luxury going to that 40k per year school, I'm sure they don't serve her kids the crap our kids are forced to eat.
