TIME's Person of the Year 2015 is German Chancellor Angela Merkel - TODAY.com

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has beat out Donald Trump and Caitlyn Jenner to be this year's Time Magazine Person of the Year. Iran's President was also in the running. So were black lives matter activists. The leader of ISIS was runner up.

Ms. Merkel is a fine leader and has dominated European politics on matters of finance and immigration.

Better than some phony celeb or sports figure. Thank god it wasn't Jenner. They could have chosen a better picture of her though.

I can usually tolerate Mr. Francis. However, in this case, his comments about our "overreaction" to these WORLDWIDE mass murderers who have sworn to destroy our way of life and those across the globe who do not swear to Allah...see Paris, see 9/11, see California, and dozens of other instances where attacks have taken place to me... is, to use his words, UNAmerican. This is a serious issue. To minimalize it, is absolute insanity. These people have sworn to destroy our country. Our racist friends in Chicago are "fighting" for black lives, big difference. This is not a political issue. It's an issue of defending our way of life. Mr. Trump's comments on closing the borders to Muslims is not, in my opinion, the answer. However, I see his side of this argument...see Jimmy Carter when he closed the border to Iranians in this country.

The unnamed Donkey you speak of, 5:04, only spews what he it told to spew. He loves his Obama. He is only capable of expressing his admiration. Take that into account with everything he says.

Are you sure Danny is so wrong about not going total ape shit? I sure can't say it. Some dumb ass threw a bloody pig head in front of place of worship in North Philly. That is proper? Our country is ten times better than that!

I think we have gone to far acting over the top and being scared about everything that's what those bad guys want. I fear the people that are already in our country. We have more hate groups right here in our own USA that love all this crap going on so they can use it. Things are going to happen and we are going to have to deal with it. But throwing hate around just fuels more hate so what do you do ,I don't think there is an answer one way or the other. ps. NEVER LIKED TRUMP WHEN HE HAD HIS SHOW DON'T LIKE HIM NOW WHEN HE IS SAYING WHAT EVERYONE WANTS TO HEAR POLITICS IT ALWAYS SUCKS.
