Firemen Donate Coats to Youngsters

Some 132 youngsters will have warm coats this winter thanks to city firefighters who donated the apparel this week.
It's good to find ways to help out neighbors not just during the holidays but year round. Thanks to the Fire Department for their effort.

Give a kid a coat and you keep him warm for today.
Teach a kid to take the civil service fire exam and you keep him warm for a lifetime, at tax payers expense.
