Library Treasures Revealed in November Sweeps Series

That the Flower Memorial Library is a treasure is hardly a revelation, but there are treasures that go beyond the building. Works of art in particular.
There was talk a few years back of liquidating some of the art but it was opted against.

Now that there is a management change, Channel 7 can be expected to do some good things. This show sounds great.

Is it wise to advertise how much these things are worth?

I would think they have a good alarm system there. Now that they told every crook in the world about that stuff being in there.

We should sell them so we can afford to staff the library with union employees. And maybe hire a security guard that can't speak English.

Sell them ???????? And then fix everything wrong with the library, if you don't you'll have to get more insurance..

Why hasn't the 1.3 million painting been sold? You would think it could help update and upgrade.

Sounds like there is a new funding choice for the Library. Few dollars on special days to tour the art and have a good guide to highlight it. Maybe a wine glass or two. Put some money in the jar please.
