Normally I would make snide but true comments about organizations like this one, pointing out giant faults with it. But after visiting the website and reading their vague finical report, I see that only 11% of the budget goes toward administration. I am impressed. Sounds like a worthwhile organization.

I have seen them over the years having many programs to help the down and out. They do a great job helping people learn how to get help. Most of their programs are not hand outs. They are programs to help people learn what it is to get up off the chair and work for it.

They do help many people. Stop by and see the good. They work hard and sure the collect money. Money that as the first poster said is well spent. 11% is nothing. I am even surprised it is so low. I knew hey did a lot of good. That is super good. Look at some of the big churches in this world. They collect millions and let their staff ride around in limos. No one seems to care much. These people ride around in moving vans collecting used stuff to sell and look happy doing so. That's devotion.
