I marched along with Assemblywoman Addie Russell. We were the only two electeds to march as Republicans opted to avoid the cold.

Among those on the parade route, Matt and Mary Doheny.....Mrs. Doheny is expecting and looked in good spirits with a noticeable bump as she and the newly bearded former Congressional candidate enjoyed the procession.
I stopped inside for a beer before heading back to Pearl Street to finish out St. Patrick's Day 2013.

Addie is such a disappointment.
Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell, D-Theresa, said the Senate’s plan is flawed because it could allow communities outside of St. Lawrence County to benefit.
Why is Addie J. Russell marching in a parade outside of St. Lawrence County? I guess when it comes to us "benefiting" from her presence it is okay with her its just her hydro power that she wants to hoard?
How is she ever going to run for Senate if she is so provincial that she would stand in the way of adjacent counties from benefiting from hydro power? Especially the counties that are up stream of her county. You can bet all those counties up stream of her are effected by the damns in her county and the water levels those damns control.

I wonder where wonder woman was for the parade. Shes so outdoorsy and interested in us and our traditions in the North Country..

It must be some folks are scared she might be running for something they are REALLY afraid of losing.

I think it was a great parade, regardless of who marched in it. Cool, crisp sunny day. Perfect conditions for St Patricks Day. I know a couple yong ladies that marched/danced in it and am very proud of them.
I expect the same people every year to march in it. No big surprises.
