New York State Will Fight Fake Licenses With New Tactics - NYTimes.com

Buried in this story about new driver's licenses is the statement repeated by the writer that the increased cost will not be borne by drivers. Must be it's free. Of course the people pay for it.
The new licenses are supposed to halt once and for all adult drinkers who happened to be 18, 19 or 20.  They are also supposed to stop terrorists.
Brenna Looks Good for 43

The most notable feature is the licenses have a black and white photo of the driver.
Of course, you don't need one of these if you are like the significant number of drivers who just don't play the state's licensing game and drive without one. There's more than you would think.

If that's the new license, well I might as well get ready to sell them. Looks easy to copy off and sell. How easy is it to spot a fake? Can't be all that hard now. A kid shaking from head to toe showing you a license from Florida. Not hard.
