Flowers Bloom...Happens Every Year, But I Still Look for Coverage

      A picture of one of the first flowers of Spring was posted by a Watertown resident. Remember when the local media would report on the first crocus on Washington Street or the first time a local resident reported spotting a robin.
     That was the kind of slightly corny but ingratiating local reporting that I think kept the public engaged.
