This plan to allow non-Indian casinos across the state is likely aimed at eventually pushing the tribal casinos aside....It's not that we need more casinos.....it's who is running them. State-sanctioned ones would likely net more for the state and handing out the licenses has more cash value than selling Wilson-Pakulas (political inside humor).
