Two downtown buildings got a look see from City staff and other area leaders this morning as new owner Brian Murray outlined plans to rehab both the Lincoln Building and the former City Center Plaza underneath Stream International.
The Lincoln Building is on the north side of Public Square and is largely unused and looks like a bygone era as little has been done there in decades.
Meanwhile the City Center Plaza is in better shape and Mr. Murray hopes to make it more viable.
Mr. Murray has bought several buildings in the city including the now refurbished Agricultural Insurance Building, the Top of the Square and apartment complexes on the city's west side.

You forgot to mention the Hospice building...which he will pay about $200k more for than the assessor, Hospice board, judge, appraiser, and Christensen Realty wanted anyone to pay. Good thing the first buyer is a good sport, huh?
The Lincoln Building would make great yuppy apartments. Some levels are already have large dance floors.
This guy seems to have the"Midas Touch", SO FAR.
Kudos to him. I can't imagine how he is financing everything.
Perhaps he's an alchemist too......
He wont fund it we will.........
I took tap dancing there as a teen (Lincoln). I loved as a kid to ride the electric lift in the City Center building up and down till the guard up stairs told me it was enough. Years later i went up to A. D.'s TV station all the time to hang out and sometimes be on Glenn's show (H2O). Both places are held fond for me. O ya, I took piano once too in the Lincoln.
To the first poster, Doesnt matter because the new bldg of Gotham St got $200,000. of taxpayers $$$$$
