Another law (this one proposed) that the media will reference like we know who Tiffany is....Or Leandra....or Mark or whomever. Three needs to be a pamphlet put out with all the laws named after people. I can't keep track anymore.
No disrespect intended for the deceased, but it is hard to follow.

We all know who Mark is because it happened in our own windmill-less back yard. Just a stones throw from where a grandmother was bludgeoned to death in front of her granddaughter. Guess which murder has a harsher punishment if it were committed today?

Ohhhh NOOOOO another Looooophole. I hope this is a real one and not an imagined one like the gun show loophole. That gets talked about by idiots but no one can explain it. Every gun show I've been to has background checks. Except for the imaginary ones written about by media.
