The halftime performance of Beyonce and her reuniting with Destiny's Child seemed to please critics, but you have to wonder what kind of act we will get next year, when the Super Bowl is held outdoors in a likely chilly Giants Stadium in New Jersey.
The more unpredictable venue will make for an interesting game as well.

jennifer hudson had way more class and talent and made Beyounce look like a damn hoochie mama with poles . frankly She is an awesome looking woman with MARGINAL singing talent when compared to Hudson . Looks like they let the JR varsity play the halftime show and the Varsity do the pregame .

I thought she sucked. But it's PC to think she's great, so she's great.
Alicia Keyes should have been seated to sing the National Anthem. She also sang it too slowly and added her own words at the end. I know she is a great performer for sure, but the National Anthem is not a piano bar singing song. It is NOT your song, honey, it is OURS! Better to sing it would have been a female soldier in dress uniform!
I call BS !!!! Alicia Keyes version was fantastic , FAR superior to what is done in most cases. the song is archaic, boring, atonal , tedious , and needs to either UPDATED. Or abandoned completely for something more relavant and singable .
Holding onto this anachronism is just idiotic when there are far more beautiful, melodic and singable songs that can honor our country .
