The Public Square as the marketplace of ideas...Couldn't be more American than that !
The very religious proselytizing on the Square got competition from those who don't make religion part of their life....

Yes. Satan worship. Smart folks. Being a dumbass is an American tradition, as the last four years has aptly illustrated. You KNOW these fine folks are party line Democrats.

Anonymous @6:57 PM:

They are obviously not advocating the worship of Satan as a serious option.

I think the signs are great and a welcome sight on the Square. I hope they continue their efforts.

Probably, but not obviously.

If it was Muslims that were routinely prosthelytizing on the square, then this would be a hate crime in 11:51's eyes. But since it is normally jebus freeques prosthelytizing on the square, then this is a welcome sight for 11:51.

I'm surprised you let the word "War" in this posting not gain your wrath since you harp on the usage of that word all the time on the radio??? A bit hypocritical isn't it?

Just an observation ...

Actually, no! On my way to a Doctors appointment I talked to them and asked them that very question and much to my surprise I was told they voted for Romney in the last election. When I asked why, I was promptly told… “because a vote for Republicans is a vote for Satan.” I couldn’t help but think; well at least they’re honest.

True story… :-)

I hope all the marching people dispose of the crappy cardboard-magic marker signs in a proper receptacle. Will they protest Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day and of course, Easter. Better to use all that free time helping at a food bank!

Anyone making use of their Constitutional rights is a welcome sight to me. I don't care if they are counter-protesting Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, or Atheists.

Oh yes, I'm sure they were Romney voters. Satan worshippers go heavily Republican. The dumber you get the more likely they are to be on Dannie's team. If you want proof, ask them where they work. When they say uh well I uh well I'm about to uh, there's your friggen proof.

“Satan worshippers go heavily Republican.”

Agreed!
