Governor Cuomo Declares State Public Health Emergency in Response to Severe Flu Season | Governor Andrew M. Cuomo

The scramble is on for flu shots although the best time to get them was before the outbreak that now has many New Yorkers laid up at home or in the hospital.
Governor Cuomo has declared a public health emergency to facilitate more shots.
For those without malady today, the weather is supposed to set some kind of record with a high well into the 50s.  Enjoy it if you are not sick. If you are, get well soon.

Oh goodie, another totalitarian dictator that can tell us to ignore the laws he doesn't like, by executive order.

the governor shall expedite all such measures as may be resolved upon by the
legislature, and shall take care that the laws are faithfully executed.

How can a dumb pharmacist determine if it is okay to give a flu shot to someone under 18? How many flu shot fatalities will it take before shot control is reinstated? Hopefully, once this emergency is over, calmer heads will prevail and state education law will be enforced again. Its for the children...both the law...and ignoring the law.

This guy hasn't met the emergency yet he wouldn't like to declare..

Cooomo is going crazy lately. I wonder if there are problems with the live-on blonde. Mikey, go find out if there's something going on. The Gov seems out of sorts. Everything I've read says the flu situation isn't that bad. Or is this just another situation where the Gov went hysterical. You would know. "My God it's time to stop the madness", and all that jazz. Does he figure screaming about the flu will help him become president?

Why not simply propose a five day waiting period before anyone can come down with the flu? Dannie and Mikey would support that.
