Police probe NBC's David Gregory on gun clip

Did the Peacock Network's David Gregory break DC's gun law when he waved what appeared to be a 30 round clip during an interview Sunday with the head of the NRA ?
The DC gun statute clearly states even possesion of such a magazine, even if not connected to a gun, is a violation of the District's strict gun laws.
Police say they are looking into the incident which means the media can use the "police launch probe" headlines.
I doubt anything will come of it, but its an interesting unintended consequence of such a law.

I say "hang" him. Mr Gregory violated the law. Who cares if he harmed anyone? This is the time for hysteria. If it saves one life. Its for the children. When will life be worth anything. Its time to stand up to the NRA. Just waving that magazine hurt my eyes. I'm scared. I now have PTSD. My dog yelped. I slipped on the ice just thinking about it..blah blah

I say a month in a mexican prison would be appropriate time for the crime.

The media gets to lie at will, why should'nt they get to break the laws?

Typical Danny defending lawbreakers over honest hard working folks.

If we were talking about a Republican OR a Fox News thing, Dannie would be going nuts. That's just the way it is.

Dannie is always a fan of laws and taxes, until they touch him. Then he deserves and exemption. I can understand that more and more. Some people are just more entitled than others. Look at Congress. Our man Owens gives us ObamaCare, but it doesn't apply to him. Pelosi and the girls let Social Security rot, but they don't have to depend on it. The trick is to get yourself on one of those lists of entitled people. Good luck.
