Barack Obama the not-so-happy warrior, Romney the Better Choice - POLITICO.com

    Have you noticed the President doesn't look so happy campaigning. It's like he has kind of had it with this job and doesn't relish going through the nonsense to win. Experts say he has the edge, but there is a harshness to his tone and an indifference to his message as was shown in the first debate.

     Last night a demonstration during a speech left Mr. Obama with a look of 'why am putting up with this ?'  His campaign has been eclipsed by Bill Clinton who really will be the reason if Mr. Obama prevails.
      I don't see a happy or visionary four years ahead if Mr. Obama wins. It will be a grinding down of the man similar to the Bush second term, and the scurrying to see who replaces him begins Wednesday morning.

     I was not particularly enthused at the Romney candidacy over the summer, but like many the first debate forced a second look and in watching his speeches of late and listening to his message, I believe he is the best choice for those opting for a major party candidate.
     The essential failure of Mr. Obama is the inability to cut the deals needed to govern and his propensity for blaming others and assuming the victim mantra.
     Mr. Romney will try to cut the deals and his malleable ideology will make some on the right cringe, but it could allow him to be an agent for change on day one.
     Mitt Romney is the best choice for President in 2012.

Cut deals? Are you kidding me? Two quotes you have conveniently forgotten:

1. "I got 98% of what I wanted." John Boehner, after last year"s debt crisis fiasco now leading to an upcoming budget fiasco.

2. "Our only goal is to make sure Obama is a one term President." Mitch McConnell.

Cooperation is a two way street.

Obama's hopeless change;

* In one year more debt since 1776!
* Continued his enemy (Bush) agendas to include the planning of Bin Laden's demise.
* Huge growth of government.
* Definite leaning toward socialism.
* The savior of (auto) unions.
* Recommends a vote for REVENGE!

That sums it up perfectly mayor. But then it begs the question, "why couldn't he cut the deal"?

Was it because of his lack of experience? Having never run anything.
Or was it his extremist ideology? Unwilling to compromise with the republicans on anything. Not a single republican idea wen into Obamcare.

The answer is of course that Obama was and is too extremist. So much so that he had trouble reaching a compromise on his own flagship healthcare law...within his own party.

No doubt that Nancy should have been ousted as house majority leader. Was Obama too inexperienced or too ideological...that he did not arrange to have that happen? The answer is both.

President Obama has reached across the aisle using Republican ideas on healthcare reform, by relying on tax cuts more than he needed in the stimulus and moderating financial reform short of New Deal-type measures. He still got no Republican votes on these bills and, to top it off, the tea party folks insisted on massive spending cuts or they would permanently ruin the credit of the United States. The failure to cut deals lies with the Republicans and their tea party ideologues, not with the President.

President Obama Scurries Around Looking for Votes. Ha! Love that caption. After enduring months of slings and arrows from the crypto fascist libruls commenting on your radio show and blog, it was high time for you to box them out for the rebound while you nudged them gently in the ribs.

8:02 - How out of context and typical. McConnell was talking about his party's election objectives, not the House legislative agenda.

Meanwhile, this is what your party is saying:
"Five days before the election, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has ruled out trying to work with Mitt Romney should he win next week."

Mitch McConnell made that comment prior to the 2010 election - after Obama pushed through an in-effective stimulus and Obamacare without ANY Republican input.

I note his hair looks white. He looks like it's been hard on him. That alone should hit you that the man cares and wants the job.

Harry Frankfort says that bullshitters are called artists, and spinners are called doctors. Which one are you, Mr Mayor?

9:35 We don't often agree, but you are correct in that the Dems will learn the way to be elected is to obstruct everything, and then blame the other side. If the GOP gets elected doing exactly that, then political obstructionism will become a way of life in our entire country.

It's either that or give 98% of what the other side wants, as we did in last year's debt crisis fiasco caused by Eric Cantor and the Tea Party members of Congress.

Never, ever forget the huge screw up OB caused when 4 Americans were killed including an Ambassador even though he clearly could have sent something, anything to show we are at least responding. A show of force could have saved them. He is a lying unqualified Chicago thug, nothing more.

Political obstructionism would be the best thing to happen to our country. Too bad it didn't happen forty years ago.

I wish we could choose: "none of the the above" like Australians are able to do and it has an inpact on their elections.

Neither of them is really qualifed to be the President.

The real choieses would have been
Ron Paul or Gary Johnson for me.

Crazy Ray did you drink beer for breakfast. Obama has gray hair so you are going to vote for him? Here's an idea...why don't you not vote? chalk it up to one of those things you aren't good at. Let someone else do it.

Ironically, those who post here so negatively and with such outrageous statements actually think their statements have meaning ... substance aside that is.

Saying something is true or what one wants does not make it so. We are about to find out tomorrow.

I propose a rightwing death watch starting tomorrow morning and ending Wed early morning...

Danny, why is that ironic???

So Danny is just like the stupid black panthers who intimidate voters. Hey Danny boy put on your black leather jacket and parade around in front of the polling places.
