Like Wal-mart and just about everything else retail, the Flower Library will take a stab at Sunday hours with a pilot program this fall.
The Library director has graciously offered to work Sundays for the seven week trial while public interest is guaged and ways are pondered to handle labor objections to the expanded hours.

They would not be "labor" objections, they would be "union" objections.
I like the fact, that the Director offered to work, on the trial program. As far as labor objections, work or get fired; plain and simple. What has happened to people's work ethics?
They offered too but on a trial basis, Sorry Rick its the Taylor Law.
As in Andy "Taylors" law. I thought he said that "now and then ,folks need to step up to the plate, and not be afraid to take chances". Folks these days are afraid to step into the batters box, without worrying, "what's in it for me". It's not just the younger kids, but folks who are in thier 40's/50's, whose work ethics really suck.
