Politics is not bean bag, but Team Obama is being lambasted for an ad essentially alleging Mitt Romney is complicit in the death of a woman who died of cancer in 2006.
The ad was produced by a pro-Obama super pac, but all the President's men have been caught in a lie about their knowledge of the low-blow ad.
The commercial features a man named Joe Soptic, who worked for a company that closed purportedly because of the actions of Bain Capital....Mr. Soptic lost his job, lost his health insurance and his wife later contracted cancer and died.
Mr. Soptic essentially says Mitt Romney killed his wife even though the time lines don't line up and the woman had health insurance from her own job.
It's going to get nasty as a lot of money will fuel the frantic efforts to win in the fall.
Obama super PAC adviser: 'What fact in that ad is wrong?' - POLITICO.com

Picky picky picky. Politics is a dirty sport and you know it. Why pretend otherwise?
What else can they run on besides smear campaign lies?
Same for the Owens campaign against Doheny.
Collusion between the current Obama campaign and Priorities USA Action (Obama Super PAC, founded by the former Obama campaign officials Bill Burton and Sean Sweeney) is the problem here, not that the current campaign was caught in a lie about the man's story.
There is evidence that both the Obama ad and the super PAC ad were filmed on the same day (the same grey shirt, for example).
all the millions in campain funding give it to some jobless or poor seniors and i'll do the badmouthing for both of them free.
If the American people are stupid enough to believe this First Semi Black Prezident who has decimated our country, then have at it. Enjoy the fruits of another four years. I really don't care any more. This next term will be a doozie. We're probably looking at $75 trillion in debt, taxes like you've never even seen before, and never, ever a cut in spending. Great for some. Not for those who work.
Now there is a political add showing a black man punching an old white woman! What if it was the other color 'round? Hmmmmmmmmm.
Of course it wrong and about as disgusting a collection of outright lies and character assaination as you can get. But we are talking about U.S. politics now aren't we?
And what's the idiot Romney people's response? "Well, if she had been living in Mass. she would have had health care".
I would like to have seen them pull this crap on Chris Christie and see what the response would have been, wouldn't all of you?
I've said this before and I'll say it again. The democrats are master campigners and the republicans are bumbling idiots when it comes to campaigning.
If a fact is wrong is it still a fact?
