Newzjunky: 110mph Cited in City
Here's an idiot allegedly driving 110mph on very narrow Bronson Street. It's hard to imagine getting to that speed, much less measuring it.

These Idiot was in the WDT some days before, because of possession of drugs, when stopped in his car in the same area.
Why is he not in jail? or does he has to hurt or to kill someone first.
