I wonder what the source for that story is? It would be interesting to see an item level accounting instead of a dollar accounting. Who cares if a house sells for less in the US? If it is bigger and better in the USA than it is bigger and better regardless of what it is worth. A car in the US is certainly worth more than one in Canada. since you can actually afford to buy gas here and drive it somewhere.
All the freeshit you can get in the USA is worth way more than 60k worth of assets.
How can that be possible with the savior,Obama,in the white house?Then again,I am now paying 3.50+ for gas,when it was about a dollar and change cheaper four years ago,not to mention they are predicting five to ten percent food cost rises in the coming months.Hang on to your butts, folks,cause it is gonna get bad in the next few months..and vote accordingly,maybe GW wasnt the greatest guy in the world but at least you could afford to drive to the next town to visit family under his presidency..
We've taken quite a hit the last few years. This doesn't really come as a surprise to anyone who visits regularly with Canadians. They are doing well. But remember. They have a much stricter immigration policy than we do. Each province decides who is allowed in. And they make these decisions based on what is NEEDED. If they need engineers, teachers, doctors, they approve accordingly. Here in the US we allow people to walk in, pregnant, with no skills, ready to assume a career as a welfare recipient. Do this for a generation then wonder why Canada is ahead of us. I know the libs will hate hearing this but its true.
OB is preaching anything but American capitalism. Any mention of, "We are in this 'together'" says the government will run it! Now he says nobody ever achieved anything without the government! He must be voted out!
I agree with 7:30 If it was better there why do we have more Canadians coming here as opposed to the other way around.
They have health care but theirs is what ares will be. Waiting for service, the level of what is offered will be lower and Doctors will be looking elsewhere for work
