WDT: A Big Wet One from Doug Should Boost GOP Prospects in 21st

A marriage of a different sort just two days before the much talked about nuptuals.....
Matt Doheny is finally getting the love, or at least an in-person endorsement, from conservative nemesis and almost-Congressman Doug Hoffman.
A bitter GOP primary two years ago left opposition to Rep. Bill Owens divided. The results was a narrow loss for Mr. Doheny.
Today Mr. Hoffman appeared with Doheny in Canton for the formal annoitment of the area's tea party icon.
Kellie Greene should follow suit.   If parties mean anything, you should back the nominee even if you don't like him.
What's interesting with Ms. Greene is her lack of working for her "team" leads to the next obvious question...How long will she be a resident of Sacket's Harbor. She could have pivoted and run for Assembly to help the party with it's glaring lack of a candidate in the Russell district.

Yup...even with her half million in debt she is still better with money decisions than Addie is with ours.

Plus if (god forbid) Doheny loses, I doubt he will try again so we will need a new contender.

Greene does not meet the residency requirements to run for the assembly. Hopefully she will be back in two years to kick the butt of which ever one of these two liberals win

Dugout power, eh? I see, I see.

Uh - you think the howdy doody lookalike's endorsement will give Doheny the edge? I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell ya! LOL.

Did Dosweeney offer to take care of Hoffman's campaign debt?

The trouble with getting rid of AJR is she'll just get a job with a state agency like Dede did, and Darryl.

9:12...if so, I have to say it was worth every penny. Despite hoffman's goofiness, he has some decent tea party supporters. As silly as i know this sounds (i am pinching myself as i am typing!) this is probably one of the more meaningful endorsements for Doheny to date.

Precisely why Dosweeney will lose - if Hoffman is one of his more meaningful endorsements!

Hoffman was goofy, but virtually all of his opinions on the issues were correct. Plus his character was beyond reproach. So yes it is important that he endorsed our next representative.

Hmmm....Hoffman endorses Doheny....D'Amato plays poker with Owens ....What's next??? Da Mayor recycles with Hassig???

In actuality 7:49am, the only thing goofier than Hoffman ARE his opinions.

That is hilariously clever 6:07! You took my words and switched them just a little so they mean the opposite. You should be writing for Leno.

The only problem is that Hoffman's ideas of fiscal responsibility were not goofy in the least. No truth to your joke in the least and so it turns out to be unfunny and un-clever.
