SCOTUS Ruling Rivets Chattering Class

The new will be dominated today by the Supreme Court's decision on the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obama Care.
The decision is so far a mystery hinging greatly on whether Congress can impose a mandate for insurance coverage as part of their power to tax.
The issue will be the subject of much rhetoric for months to come.

I dont believe anyone will be suprised at the decision seeing the Republicans made most of the Supreme Court appointments

After seeing the SCOTUS wrongly overturn most of AZ's law we should just impeach at least half of the SCOTUS and replace them with Tea Party members. Not much hope they will get this one right.

One option is to pay a fine instead of buying the insurance and a fine is a lot like a tax. And if ever there was a group of abstract conclusion jumpers the SCOTUS are them...

I'm thinking it won't matter. Obama is now past the point of worry about what a little group called the Supreme Court might say. He will simply go along with whatever he wants to do. We have our dictatorship. It is now Germany, late 1930's. Media is in line. People are happy.

What is the alternative to paying billions to three states to get their senators to vote for this law? Umm...writing a law that doesn't require bribery.

Whats the alternative to giving no co-pay birth control to Fluke? Either letting her buy it herself or making her copay for it like every other medicine requires.

Whats the alternative to raiding medicaid for half a trillion?
Umm...not raiding it.

Any more dumb librul questions?

Romney/Doheny plan: repeal it and take a chance on trying to develop something else: not a viable task, believe me.
