Andy: OK To Show It...Just Don't Light It Huh ?

Governor Cuomo has joined the dance about what to do with a nearly century old taboo.  The Governor wants to amend the law to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana, but if you smoke it, it's still a crime.
Well, why else would you possess it ?
The change is a sop to minority lawmakers concerned that "stop and frisk" police tactics have targeted their community.
The war on drugs is hard to figure out some times, as the rules of engagement change.

That is too bad. As much as I hate cops, this has always been something they could charge riff raff with when they couldn't get them for the actual crime they had just committed due to lack of evidence.

Oh well...as long as they don't smoke cigarettes then libruls are happy.

Maybe we should end the war on child porn too. You could posses it but don't "use it". And we could end the war on statutory rape too. I see a 22 y.o. was charged for being with a 12 y.o. yesterday. My bet is that they both "consented". Obviously we are losing that war.

Or how about we drop the term "war on" and just call them laws instead? Then we wouldn't have the logically fallacy of saying we are losing the war so quit trying.

Like it or not, there are only two effective ways to deal with the drugs issue. Unfortunaely, in todays wussified society neither is socially acceptable.
You either legalize it and refuse to spend one dime of taxpayer money caring for the worthless, lazy, good for nothing zombies that will result or you install the death penalty for dealing, five years in prison for first pocession, 10 for second pocession and death penalty for third. Anything else is and has proven to be nonsense and a collossal waste of taxpayer money. Either method would vastly improve the quality of the human gene pool within a few years.

Like I said, neither would be acceptable to to todays wussified society, so we will continue to muddle along wasting millions of taxpayer dollars and man hours to a hopeless cause. Don Queote is alive and well.

You people all must be old and used to what you "know" about marijuana. Look at crime rates in places where it has already been decriminalized. Also many many people smoke the drug and if you were to find out there identities it would blow your mind. Most of our presidents have smoked. Are they zombies?? reefer Madness was not a factual movie about marijuana. It was just government propaganda. By the way I am no zombie and most likely have a higher IQ than you.Plus you "know it alls" do realize you can get other benefits out of harvesting Mary Jane. Also your fav rock bands and actors most likely have all toked up. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it....oh wait you don't have pipes to smoke and that is why you are all stressed out angry people.

So the drugged kid who walks naked and then destroys a line of cars is a hero! Free drugs for all! Take as much as you want. That will quickly thin out the pot heads.
