He doesn't need to learn any nuance of international relations. All he has to do is learn how not to hit his head on the bottom of Nancie's desk. She will tell him how to vote, what to think, what to say, and when to stand up. Who is this dwarf think he's kidding? I will vote for anyone but Nancie Pelosi for my Congressman.
Too bad the voters didn't know Owens could be bought off with a few plane tickets. Then maybe we could have gotten him to vote against Nancycare like most of us wanted him to do.
If it's official business, then government should pay.
Otherwise, they take trips paid for by insiders/and lobbyists and that allows us to be taken for a ride ourselves to the cleaners in lousy laws and bills.
