Eighty Three year old former Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno is going back on trial next February for alleged corruption. His first conviction was overturned. Now that Mr. Bruno has learned to live with being under indictment, maybe this sword over his head doesn't bother him.

He is the one guy that could have saved out state from librulism and he chose to be a democrat at heart.
Live by the sword die by the sword.
Mr. Bruno is a prime example of a good man spending too much time in Albany and becoming corrupted by the system. Congressmen and State legislators should be held to the same standards as the President. Two terms and out.
