Soire for Patty Attracts Subdued but Affable Crowd

A well behaved crowd estimated at 120 crowded the lovely Dexter home of picture frame magnate Lisa Weber this evening. The event was to raise funds for the reelection of Senator Patty Ritchie.
Lots of luminaries there including a former Miss NY and two of the three living Watertown mayors.  There was a former Senator and several political operatives.
I was patted down on the way out to make sure I didn't have any silverware (I didn't).
A couple of old friends there too...Wiched Wench owner Tammy Bramhall and her daughter were surprise visitors.

And you make fun of the wine and cheese crowd from the soft science universities in RINO county. What do they serve at a GOP fundraiser? Venison stew? But what if it is for a RINO GOP candidate? Do you have to marinate the venison in wine and add cheese?
Were there any SUNY presidents there
Any tug hill commission bureaucrats there?
Any first responder candidates there?
Any housing developers that got a piece of those millions for sales tax sponsor/trade dollars
Any of those millionaires that Cuomo raised taxes on and Patty signed off on?

Real republicans want to know

Everytime i see a picture of Addie, Blankenbumble or Patty i long for the days of Dede, Darrel and Wright. I guess the grass isnt always greener.

Come on Patty has never voted for a tax increase. Just ask her and Ken they will tell you that with a straight face.

The crowd must have been subdued because frat boy Doheny was absent.

Sorry 10:38, no SUNY presidents, no Tug Hill, no housing developers, very few elected folks, but largely attended by small business owners. It was a very nice event.

11:47 there is no need to apologize. I was just curious.
I mean I figured the people she panders to would want to contribute money for her reelection.
I don't understand why a small business owner would care to donate to her election. What has she done for them? Unless they are all first responders on off hours? She made it more of a crime to murder them than it is to murder a grandma in Cape Vincent.

Isn't that something? Two murders in cape in a few short years yet she thinks the ambulance guy's life was worth more than the grandmother that got stabbed to death in front of her daughter and grandchild. I hope that translates to a lot of donations and votes for her and that she can sleep at night.

ANY public employee's life is worth more than that of a mere citizen. Get over it, 1:00pm.

Mayor, was that former Senator Jim Wright? I thought he couldn't play politics at DANC, is Patty unaware of the rules in the state?
