While the statues were just carved material with no real ecclesiastical power they were the private property of the church. The punks need to face the power of the court and grow up. I would like to deface some of their property and see how they like it. The best punishment would be weekend community service for a year clean churches in the county.

Thats right, thats the one big thing thats wrong with this country. A large majority of people do not have any respect for anyone or anything else.
