A 19 year old woman has been arrested for advertising massage services and then offering her would be client sex for money. Nobody prowling Craig's List would actually call the cops to tell that tale, so I assume it was the cops cruisin' the Net.

That's why you read the article before assuming,it says that is exactly what happened,a complaint from someone answering the ad.
It's very common for the law to scour the ads and respond to create the situation. No moron would complain to the cops about having to pay for the happy ending.
For sure they wouldn't call the cops. That had to be someone who is a cope or works for them.
It was a person they work for... The mayor..................
I sure hope they arrested the john for patronizing a prostitute. If they didn't, this is very wrong. And they should also release his name.
