Of course, all but a couple Democratic seats are absolutely non-competitive as in the 80 to 90 percent range, if not unopposed. GOP Senate seats are not quite as lopsided and need some TLC in the form of CASH.
Redistricting is also a key to holding on to the 32-30 edge, which could end up 32-31 with the extra senator being added.

I have lost a lot of respect for you if you really think Patty is a lock for re election. She is in a lt of trouble. Name one good thing she has really done for the North Country?

The only thing it would take to beat Patty is someone to challenge her with an R after their name.
That's all well & good, Mayor, but tell me how the NY GOP differs in agenda/practice from NY Democrats?
What would change other than names & faces under the present paradigm?
Every political body west of I87 & north of I90 needs to ally themselves and challenge, even defy, the Albany-NYC cartel.
