Narcissism is pretty easy to spot and we all know people who fit the criteria. Google the topic and there are plenty of simple tests to determine if you, a loved one, or someone prominent you know in your community is a narcissist...Of course the easiest tip off is gazing into a pool of water.

Well the banjo thing anyhow is inaccurate as the banjo player was a child and engaged in dueling banjos with one of the canoers,and was not involved with the assault.The culprits in that movie were actually not portrayed as musically inclined,instead their predilection appeared to be brutal homoerotic rape..yet another fallacy foisted upon the readers by the high and mighty danney..

Where did I say I was "snug" or acted smug or projected a smug attitude... my blog poster - get a grip and lighten up - it does not mean anyone around here... I find it humorous to poke fun at those out of touch - paddle ahead of them and get away as fast as possible - it had nothing to do with the movie per se - image was not used in the movie at all - so, you are way off base even on that count.

Does anyone else here think it's interesting that the very definition of narcissism is equivalent to being successful in a corporation? My brother has the narcissistic personality trait, and he's really good at his job. But his marriage is suffering. But I did see a few excerpt from the movie and I think I recall banjos as background music. So while the characters in the movie were not hearing banjos the audience was as they watched the scenes.
