Mitt Wins by a Hair...Santorum Soars and Declares "Game On"

With Texas Governor Rick Perry headed back to the Lone Star State to rethink his campaign and Rep. Michelle Bachmann too far gone to recover, the field is winnowed and Iowa caucus co-winner Rick Santorum has an opening.
An opening to stay in the race a little longer as the former PA senator becomes the rival to Mitt Romney.
The final margin was 30,015 to 30,007 in favor of Governor Romney.

Well we have done, thrice valiant countrymen: but all's not done; yet keep the [NeoCons] the field.

1st place: banksters
2nd place: war-mongers
3rd place: peace & liberty

Now, how does the MSM spin a favorable face for Mitt & Rick after you were told should Paul win it would be meaningless?

Why do social conservatives vote for middle men? They should just write in Jesus for president on the voting form, after all Jesus takes care of us all

Going to be interesting to see where the primary votes go after this. You have a true conservative head to head with a true RINO. The Republican party elite regard true conservatives about as annoying as a pimple on their butt. Just like they did with Ronald Regan. The Greatest Generation thumbed their nose at the GOP and voted for Regan in a big way. Only trouble is most of them are gone now and today's voting base consists of the hippie generation and their offspring. Regan wouldn't have a chance of getting elected today, and I doubt if Santorum can either. Obama HAS to go and unfortunately in todays political climate, I believe only Romney or Newt have a chance of ousting the annointed one. This opinion is probably worth just what you piad for it.

I love all this warm and fuzzy about Reagan. As I recall he signed the first legalized abortion law in the state of California. So maybe Mr. Reagan was not quite as conservative as the present whack jobs like to think.

This is great news. He did not win by his hair he won because he is a great candidate.

Why do Whiny Ron Paul supporters think that avoiding war will give you peace and liberty? On the contrary, it is because of the wars fought and won by the USA that we have peace and liberty.

USA! USA! USA! USA!

What’s going on here? I thought God told Michelle Bachman, Herman Cain, and Rick Perry to run for President.

So then what does God do……?

He fires Cain and tells the people of Iowa NOT to vote for Bachman and Perry.

I can’t wait to see what sort of trick he has up his sleeve for Santorum.

God, he’s such a kidder... ya gotta love him.

I think you can find fault with about any politician you choose. Regan could have weaned the farmers of this country off the government support price setup in a lot better fashion than he did, too. But overall he was a lot better President than most of what we've had since. Jack Kennady stands out head and shoulders above any democrat we've had since him, too, but he had his shortcomings, also. If wanting to have a government that only spends what it takes in, instead of saddling my grandchildren with a crippling debt is being a whacko, then I'm a whacko and proud of it.
