Your Vote is Worth a Fin to Me

It was about $5 a vote....Campaign finance reports filed this week list my side as spending $10,587 on the campaign, less than a quarter of what the new mayor of Ithaca spent....That's a city about the size of ours.
We raised $9547 and had $1185 carry over from 2007.
It was a well done campaign within the resources. Fortunately we never faced the TV onslaught we figured was coming. My opponent did spend ten times what I did at the WDT, for whatever that means.

So the Supreme Court Judges that you said were spending so much spent less per vote than you. Mcclusky and Gall would have had to spend over $350,000 to match your pace. Plus they don't run every four years. If you spend the same each time you would have spent over $30,000 for 12 years.

That 10X spending at the WDT DID earn him the endorsement of the dinosaur media. So it's not like he didn't get anything for his money.

mayor any plans for cleaning out the dope house at 216 south Indiana. its to the point they are so blatant about dealing, one sitting in a car for 10-15 minutes on any given night can easily witness whats going on.the neighbors are sick of it the home is an eyesore owned by some out of town slum lord and brings down the rest of the neighborhood.the police and drug task force has been given numerous tips and pictures and video of whats going on there over the past year and still nothing.any ideas?

Sex is what makes the world go round. That is why people hand fists of money over to Kim and Paris and it is why Jeff defeated Jeff.

would be nice to see some streets paved in the city I know this is off the subject but MY GOD for instance try driving down the same route that an ambulance would! who would want that bumpy ride to the emergency room its crazy to say the least they " patch" the roads which in my eyes is a waste of time and money because it still remains a mess instead of spending numerous hours on this site perhaps the city officials could focus on the city streets just the other day driving on Palmer street we drove into a hole we couldn't avoid and got a flat tire so we ask who is responsible for fixing our flat? We also hear the "mayors" bar has a new bathroom nice to know where our priorities are at.
