Even a broken clock is right twice a day, and Ogdensburg's Nick Vaugh is 100% right on criticising the hiring of a law firm to decide whether to release a report on Knox Street. It should have been released the day it became available.
Tonight, the Ogdensburg City Council meets in special session to determine the future of City Manager Art Sciorra who has been under fire for months and hasn't even spoken to some lawmakers outside of Council meetings over that period of time.

Agreed, Nick Vaugh is definitely one broken clock. How is it that everybody doesn't see this???
Most people do see this.. Ive said it for three years and all I got was some clown talking about hating Nicky Vaugh..
Now that being said, hes not wrong on this one... Money wasted. Part of the smoke screen put up by Nelson.. Nelson is really nervous about this one as he individually stands to lose the most.
We all know Arts a screw up and needs to be done.. So make him done.. The entire affair was Nelsons way of winning the election and thats that..
