Don't ride so high on your horse, Mr Mayor. It's not a world where many of us feel completely comfortable. Despite the programming, indoctrination and politically correct waves of media group think, many people feel we are moving too fast to make changes in things we used to think were important. I have no problem with many of the developments taking place, but others I believe we will come to regret. I still have no understanding of how someone can defend late term abortions. And they seem to be something society has no problem accepting. And the Newt was right. If you're a gay or a lesbian and your sole motivation is to obtain more special rights over mere people, then yes, you would be better off voting for Obama. In fact, if you are part of what you perceive to be any "special" group, and want to be treated differently, you have likely always been better off voting Democratic. That's why I don't. I think we are all in this together. I don't think special treatment for any one or any group is ever the answer.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the Nutster… He’s the most fun to poke fun of (I like to think of Newt as the Bob’s Big Boy Statue of politics) and he’s actually kind of smart when you consider the rest of the candidates are all sort of dim-witted and uninteresting.
Newt is also petulant enough to come out with some occasional clever barbs that can be admired and sucked up by the right wing kooks… like having poor children clean toilets… calling them janitors… then pat himself on the back while he reminds us -- it is the Democrats and not Republicans promoting class warfare. Hey… 9:28, do you remember when Newtie, as Speaker of the House, introduced the “Drug Importer Death Penalty Act of 1996?” The bill would have required a death sentence for certain importations of significant quantities of controlled substances... It would have also applied to anyone convicted of carrying more than two ounces of marijuana across the border -- even though Newt admitted to smoking marijuana himself.
