This Veteran's Day, we gather at the VFW on Bellew Avenue at 10 this morning to honor those who serve....A chilly November moment just days after the Election Day...a day those who have served have helped preserve.

The Mayor that's always there is there again. On the job. It's a great day to remember.
I agree,and thought it was wrong of the writer for the wdt to refer to it as schmoozing..that term reflects basic disrespect for the person(s) attending those events,and like it or not our current mayor does seem to make a real effort to represent the city..
The WDT is doing the tantrum thing. They are not happy all the name calling about being single and not having a family didn't work to unseat you. Now bow tie boy is reduced to character slights to attempt to safe face. Mr Johnson, the people of Watertown voted. Respect their decision. If we could vote on having you move out of town guess what our decision would be.
