Mayor Burto: Stop !
I think West Carthage already has a traffic light but they are adding four stop signs. West Carthage - Stop Signs

The city of Watertown needs more stop signs in the residential areas. They serve as an incentive to keep traffic out of neighborhoods and on the main thorougfares.
Huh? More stop signs to discourage traffic? Brilliant. Now there's a typical Burto supporter. No doubt you have a government job. What is it you coordinate?
Vehicles on Sherman Street don't drive 50 miles an hour. And besides, you already have a stop sign on every block of Sherman. Whataya want, traffic lights in the middle of the blocks? Chill.

Unless you've seen the vehicles driving down Sherman st at 50 mph you wouldn't understand.
Go and watch, it's a pretty regular thing.
