Dumb Debate Over Love of Country Catches On

Watching Morning Joe and today's faux outrage is over someone asking Governor Rick Perry is he thinks President Obama loves America.  Mr. Perry responded, "why don't you ask him ?"
It was a stupid gotcha question and Perry gave an appropriate response.
The AM chatter on MSNBC was about how insulting this was to the President.
What is obvious is that the liberal MSM has to get into gear in the effort to portray Perry as a cowboy, racist, swaggering Texan who by the way reminds us all of George W. Bush.  (It does look like Perry could topple Mitt Romney who front-runner status looks like a house of cards).
Meanwhile on FOX and Friends they were chirping about some video in which a Tea Party activist confronted the President over a Joe Biden remark about the Tea Party being budget terrorists.
If the President has to explain VP Biden's utterances, well that's a full time job.
Cable news makes mountains out of mole hills 24/7.

The tea party and republicans are doing the same thing the kook liberals did with Obama when they ran an un-vetted candidate. The hate radio crowd has become the MSM by default because Fox has the most viewers. They have painted a very talented Mitt as a RINO in the same fasion Palin was smeared. But Bachmann and Perry have some real crap in their backgrounds.

The questioning of Perry should begin with his relationship(s) with Big Pharma & his attempt to force GARDISIL vaccinations on the girls of Texas against parental consent.

Another "smaller-gov't" fraud on the loose.

Yes yes 7:14, always remember to say Bachmann and Perry are terrible. You did it. Good job. Goodie you. Here's your bubble gum from the Donkey party.

Check out how he took more Obama stimulus money then any other Governor in USA. Hypocrite that he is.

The Tea Party will hand the election over to the Dems. next year. Same as they did here in NYS. They will split the vote. Blame and bang...4 more years.

Now that people are looking a little closer,.. because Perry has come out as a typical loudmouth, BS'ing Texan,...They're finding facts like 47% of the Government jobs created in the US between 2007 and 2010 were in that great, stimulus loving/hating state of Texas.
Love it when we use it,--- hate it when somebody else does.
Hypocrite.
Government jobs are what created his big employment numbers. Along with minimum wage stuff. Economic, job creating genius.

Perry has all that oil revenue to help him that most other states don't.
And the state still ends up on the bottom of lists you want to be at the top of,and at the top of lists you want to be at the bottom of,... education, people without health ins.,middle of the road as far as unemployment rate, etc.
How does anyone screw that up?

Hating Perry is fine. But how can we do worse than the fool we have in office right now? If this current situation continues we are a third world country by the end of his second term. And we don't even have an idea yet of what this health care law will do to us. Hopefully the courts will save us.
