Remember the "Chicken Man"....He was the fellow who used to call the HOTLINE years ago. He also raised fighting cocks at his home near Calcium. Well, its always been illegal to stage animal fighting in NY, now the its a misdemeanor to even attend such an event.
Anyway, the Chicken Man passed some time ago and his family moved away. Cockfighting, or dog fighting, doesn't seem to be part of the culture in NNY, so I don't think there will be many of these arrests up here.

I remember the Chicken Man. Nice guy. He was fun to listen to. I imagine they would have arrested him just for telling people what he thought. Not alloowwwwwed any more. Guess he died at the right time.
I can see it now. The neghbors bull gets into my pasture and starts a row with my bull. I'm wisely standing on the fence staying the he(( out of the way until they wind themselves. Suddenly I hear the siren wailing, the cops skid to a halt, the SWAT team rolls out, the cuffs go on----------------
But what the heck, it's N.Y. after all. It would be rather interesting to go back over the years and computate the average number of worthless laws this States' idiot lawmakers put on the books every year.
