In the lower 48, your best bets are Michigan and Maine.....Southern and Midwestern states with all those twisters are the worst bet.

It's because them southern states aren't progressive, they refuse to pay their fair share in taxes. If they did, God would spare them the pain and suffering of baaad storms. You'll never have a bad storm in Chitown. The community is very organized.
Too bad the little earthquake didn't shake alot more violently whereas New York became an island drifting aimlessly in the Atlantic with Schumer, Gillibrand, and Bloomberg DESPERATELY trying to hold on, even though the smart people already jumped-off in Pennsylvania.
The dollar amounts are low bwcause there is no population to speak of in most of Alaska or Hawaii. Hell no one live there compaired to NY.
Will one of those states take me in? I won't give up. But I might need a place to live.
