The NY Times reports wealthy families who send their kids to pricey summer camps in Maine, NH and upstate NY are no longer struggling with the logistics of getting their kid a ride to the "remote" sections away from the cities and suburbs that spawn their privilege.
These kids are being chartered private jets.
Are these the corporate jet users the President is always railing against ?

I hate all of these people. We need to take everything they have and run the government for 15 or 20 minutes. Sure would make me feel better. And I'll bet NONE of them are Democrats. Well, almost none of them.
The tax laws allow people to buy jets with their businesses and write them off over two years. But when it comes time to claiming personal use they only have to claim the value of a cheap plane ticket.
So lets say you earn 5 million per year. You buy a ten million dollar jet and you pay zero income tax for two years. Then you fly it to summer camp at a cost of $20,000 each way but claim a personal benefit of $108 because that is how much Jet Blue would have charged you.
Think of all the jobs they have created at the Lear company!
But to answer your question...no these are not the people Obama was talking about...they are the ones that spend $35,000 at his fund raising dinners. Obama is talking about jets owned by greedy oil companies that are actually used for legitimate business purposes instead of being used as a family toy.
