After resigning from Congress, Anthony Weiner did what many in NYC do...he headed to the Hamptons for some R&R. Mr. Weiner and his wife were seen on the Island in a grocery store, stocking up for the weekend. What a tolerant wife he has and I am sure he will have a great time out there...If you can afford it, its a great place to get away from the hustle of city life.

It was a very neat press conference the Weiner held today. I still wish the man would have hung in there, lied a little longer, maybe sent out a few more Tweets. He was a fine example of progressive, liberal leadership. I'm so sad.
I don't think the Hamtons are a great place. Imagine Dave Mance going to the Hamptons. A millionaire mover and shaker like him and they would look down their nose at him because he is too poor...

How many more of our elected politicians, have let the power go to thier head? Much like a thief, they will get caught.
The trouble is, Rick, in this day of party loving apologists, even when they get caught it isn't a big deal. Our boy Mikey thought the lying Weiner would have been just fine to leave in there. It's all about party loyalty. Nothing matters to many people except party.
When we have so many democrats that actually broke the law yet still are allowed to stay in office, Mikey has a good point in keeping one that is just a pervert-cheat-liar.
