There is a little uptick in revenue to the State of NY, so the first reaction is to introduce bills to spend more....Meanwhile Governor Cuomo says the higher levels of income tax are not enough to conclude more spending is warranted.
That national economic news this week shows a continued flagging national economy and the last thing Albany needs to do is trot out more spending....Even if its for the children.

The morons in Albany will never learn. Spend,spend, spend, thats all they know. Time to wake up, you guys remind me of my ex-wife and the damn credit card.
How about the State gets real serious about cutting spending and returns the surpluss to the tax payers so they can spend their own money? Yeah, right! Fat chance!
Oh no, the real problem we have in this country in not taxing enough. Those evil corporations and wealthy people and businesses need to pay more. Or is it leave. Yeah, that's what they usually do. But we will teach them to make money. Only the government can be trusted with money.
