Noise Law in Court Friday

The City's new noise ordinance gets its first test Friday as the owners of Audio Arsenal appear to defend against neighbor's complaints....The shop owner called me today and I advised him to seek counsel as I can't give him tips on such a matter.
The owner told me the police are called daily and they have told him if he is convicted, tickets will rain down on the shop.
That could force a move, which would seem to be the objective.

Couldn't he sell and install his obnoxious equipment in his current location and test them somewhere else? Do they test guns that they sell inside the mall at Gander mountain?

When is there a grandfather clause for new laws and when is there not?

If they have to test them at stupid levels, then I hope they have to move. They do not have the right to be assholes to their neighbors.

Hey 7:11 yes they do sell guns in Gander, you can go into Gander Mt. with a pistol(provided you have the permit) you just can't go into mall with it(they have created a Free Fire Zone) Years ago when people had tinted windows, there was a big crackdown on that, Now it's noise, HD's watch out.
