Just saw Stephanie Miner on Capital Tonight. She is a bright lady who I always respected. I saw her in action almost five (5) years ago when Robt. Congel wanted another PILOT. However, I don't believe her one second that there is no fat to cut/that mandate relief is the sole answer. I am intimately familiar with many municipalities throughout NYS and ALL have fat that could be cut.
