As I found out last night, birth certificates and demanding to see them is a great laugh line at political events and now that the Donald is demanding to see the Presidents college transcripts, that may be the next battleground.
Like the President, I like to think I can be judged on performance in life and not letters and numbers assigned to rate me decades ago...A couple D's may dot my transcripts which I had to dig out a new years back for a job application...Since I didn't get the job, maybe the grades were a factor...
I certainly value the education I was able to have and think its an important building block for life...Like the birth certificate there is surely no reason anyone's view of the President would change if released...
All of this speaks to the fawning lack of vetting done prior to Mr. Obama's election....It's not the President's fault..Apparently no one asked during the intoxication over Hope and Change.

The birth certificate was an issue because of the rumor and the type of lifestyle that Obama’s parents lead. Combined with Obama’s response where he acted like someone being pulled over by a cop and the cop says do you mind if I look in your trunk and the driver says yes I mind.
The grades are about the MSM claim that Obama is the smartest person in the world. At least with you, it is only you that makes the claim to be the smartest. If the MSM started nodding their heads in agreement with your smartestness, then your grades would be an issue too.
You would do better to make jokes about Obama’s peace prize.
Obama's peace prize is but a casual glance at the damage done to the legitimacy of media under this president. And it goes back a lot further than Obama even...the sincere lack of hard-hitting reporting has relegated newspapers and network news obsolete. People turn to blogs, radio and conspiracy theories because they actually challenge conventional wisdom - something that the aforementioned "mainstream" news used to do.
Sad for our country that was built on questioning government and authority. Now the academics have taken over and pass judgment based on theory and presupposing alliances.

As to Trump's allegation that Obama was not qualified for the Ivy League: then how, once he had graduated from Columbia and was at Harvard Law School, did he manage to become editor of the Harvard Law Review?
Oh... right. He was elected. So obviously, there is some kind of unfair affirmative-action plot not just in undergrad admissions, not just in law-school admissions, but throughout the entire Ivy League, to get unqualified people to serve in the school's highest student position.
The convolutions that willfully blind people will go through, just to avoid shattering their little self-constructed delusions.
Has any other President had to produce their birth certificate? Not only now has he produced two forms, one of which is not even required for the paper work to run for President (the long form) but to question the man's college transcripts is pure racism. President Obama will easily win reelection because Trump, who is only looking to receive better ratings for his show, is actually leading straw polls over respectable Republicans such as Ron Paul and Mitt Romney. What's going to be next the winner of the apprentice becomes Trump's V.P.? If so I'm rooting for Meatloaf!
If they had not given him a peace prize for no reason then the credibility of his grades and citizenship would not be under as much suspicion.

Mr Plainview, the problem is for the first time that I can remember, we have a media that is lock step in bed with one party. There should never have been an issue with citizenship because it should have been settled long ago with media WORK. Trouble now is, they only work now and then, choosing instead to produce fluff pieces written for them by special interest groups. Obama is their perfect candidate. They love him. No questions were ever asked. MSM was too busy dealing with the tingle up their leg. Still are. Remember how dumb GW was supposed to be, until we found out by transcripts that his grades were better than John Kerry's? In GW's case, Dannie Rather even made up documents to prove falsehood. Only a complete fool would suggest MSM is not completely biased in their reporting. That's why so many Dannie types are angry. The internet gives people options. We never had those before.
Why hasn't the Republician controlled Congress proposed not even one single jobs bill? Nothing but wall to wall moralility issues and working as agents to increase international corporate profits at the expense of working people.
This nonsense like the Birther's issue is just a continual negative spin by the desperate to deflect , detract , and diminish frankly because they have no answers and have little to offer of SUBSTANCE.
In America we are taught tolerance so in that spirit i will tolerate the extreme right's desperate attempt to continue to DIVIDE us rather than Unite Us .
While i'm not happy with the President on all issues i have YET to any attempt by the NOIZE made by the Trumps of the World to offer substantive improvements .

I agree 3:13, 6:40 is of the mindset that all political actions must be packaged in the form of a spending/action plan. What should happen to stimulate job growth is less spending. We just had a schtimulus plan. Only special interest were schtimulated. There are no jobs, 6:40.
