As an Iowa native, a Tea Party favorite, a prodigious fund raiser and a woman with a flair for getting known, Rep. Michelle Bachmann could cause a stir in the coming caucus and primary season for the GOP Presidential nomination....Now, she is still very much a long shot and likely too polarizing to beat President Obama....but in a field of wooden candidates for her party's nod, she could do some damage...
Ms. Bachmann has been all over Iowa playing up her roots in Waterloo. She raised over $13M in her Congressional race last year, most of it from individual donors and only 3% from PACS.
With the race nearly upon us and T-Paw the only announced candidate, a lot could happen....And I don't think the President's performance in this Libya mess has helped his chances, although Mr. Obama still must be considered a favorite for reelection.
I would pay a king's ransom to see the look on Middle Class Mike's and Danny F.'s faces if she was taking the oath in 2013.

We do know Dannie and Mikey will have to follow with hatred of this woman too. I just hope we can hear new reasons. I'm getting tired of the same old same old. We know. She's a TeaParty person and has no leadership and wears heels. What'll it be this time? It will be whatever the Donkey party tells them to say.
Frankly, I'll have no facial expression of any kind, because it will be frozen into the look of numbness displayed by a Poker player with four Aces, who just got beat by a Royal Straight Flush!

If she runs for the nomination, it would be a gift for the Democrats. Independents will flee the Republican banner in droves.
There are two gifts that the tea party could give the Dems right now and Michelle Bachman is both of them. Her lack of understanding of the real world parallels that of Sister Sarah in so many ways...let's hope she has better advisors than the half-Governor.
Bachmann Overdrive would shake up the GOP: maybe for the good - shake some sense back into the Grand Old Party...
I haven't listened to her much. But she seems bright and articulate. She's a good looking woman, that alone will bring hatred from Dannie and Mikey. Wonder how that got started?
