The sleepy village of Alexandria Bay has given us some material of late...what with BikerGate and now Watertown's famous for being famous girl, Brittnee the Polar Dipper.
While discussing tattoos with Glenn Curry, who calls but Brittnee to discuss her newfound Internet stardom. Brittnee is the 20 year old General Brown grad who says she was not popular in high school but has blossomed since.....She is a partier and a self-described Crown Royal girl....
It was an eye opening discussion about life as the closest thing Jefferson County has to Marilyn Monroe seems content with being the center of attention.

Liquor stores in Jefferson County take note: Brittnee might be the best thing to come along since the formation of The Last Store on Main Street. After all, if the WIGS bullies oppress enough, the liquor stores will close, and the one that may remain open will necessarily raise the price of its remaining inventory, including Crown Royal, just to make a profit margin to barely stay open. Or, the liquor stores will be covertly purchased by big box grocery store family members, leading to higher prices that naturally result inside of a monopoly. Brittnee take note: Keep doing what you are doing, stay out of trouble, refrain from any wardrobe malfunctions, and make your Sept 4 birthday a media event, i.e. cameras covering you walking into a local, preferably independent, liquor store to purchase a bottle of Crown Royal. (The pink elephant in the room of course is that most 20-something females do their drinking in fun establishments and rarely end up paying; however, consider this an opportunity for one who is "content with being the center of attention."
