A teacher is competing in a national video game contest to try and win a$50,000 prize. Its's happening in Gouverneur.
Will the 50K be the property of the district as this was done as part of the curriculum designed to enhance student hand-eye coordination ?
The Journal Teacher Brings Video Games To School

Why not video games and yes it should be shared entirely with the school system.
I live over in the Burg. I see most every thing in this school system. A event for my grandchildren was held at Madill School. A proud day for the children. Parents came most being dressed neatly and clean. Then the kids were brought into the gym. I noticed only three teachers dressed in slacks or dresses and these teachers sat with their children. About six others lined up against the gym wall all dressed in Jeans or slacks that teens wear today. Sucking down coffee for the entire proceeding. No respect for the children nor the parents and guests showed by them at all.. Of course I found out later it was their dress down day
This year they are going for pajama day I guess
This wouldn't happen at most schools. Most teachers have great respect for the taxpayers that make their lifestyles possible. Let us know how pajama day goes.
