Governor Cuomo is using leftover campaign funds along with new money he is raising to ready for his own PR campaign to counter the unions and other interests sure to oppose his coming budget.
It's all part of the Governor's effort to recruit a citizens army to demand change and reform.
Also a little off year boost for broadcasters !

Mayor, Cuomo is looking for reasonable discussions with the Unions, and I suggest both sides need to send the right signals here. I know you love the idea of casting Gov. Cuomo as the biggest Union busting Gov. in New York Stae history, but I'll bet you he declines the roll.
